Kraftwerk Berlin is an online fashion and art store. The Site is operated by Kraftwerk Studio Berlin. ("we," "us," or "our").

Prices for products are listed in Euro and do not include taxes or shipping fees. All applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Klarna, Sofort, ApplePay, GooglePay. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All payment information is processed securely using encryption technology.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to all countries. Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the product.
Orders will be shipped within 7 to 14 days of payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers. Please ensure your shipping information is correct, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kraftwerk-studio.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an artwork that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographic evidence of any damage or defects when contacting us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and artwork, is protected by intellectual property laws. The artwork featured for sale on the Site is copyrighted by the respective artists, and all rights to the artwork belong to the artists or their representatives. You may not use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without express written permission from the relevant copyright holders.

You may be able to post reviews, comments, or other content on the Site.
